"This is the second time that my fur babies have been to this groomer I suggest don't take your dogs there. my issue is accountability. she didn't even tell me that he had been nicked. my dog came home and he was whining the whole time I examined him and there was a Nick underneath his neck. I took pictures of his neck and took the photos for her to see (she implied that he scratched himself) I said scratched what ma'am. That's what I mean about accountability. I had to take my dog to the animal hospital and he had to have surgery. The owner and her nasty attitude made me sign a waiver that they would not pay any more than what the vet bill would be so I got my money for my dog but I don't recommend this place to anyone that loves their pets. my hope would have been that they would pay me a little pain and suffering because now my dog is traumatized I don't think I mentioned that my dog is only 2 years old. I wish I could give no stars. My point is she takes care of our fur babies my fur babies are my emotional support. this lady took no responsibility or accountability when it happened. my suggestion is to find another groomer this one's not it !!!!"
"They did a fantastic job my goldendoodle puppy came in with 4-5in hair and a bunch of matting when I came back to get him he was mat free clean and fluffy and the prices were great. Although it stinks in there they are wonderful"
