"Worst customer service! They need more employees at this location! It took a lot from me not to leave, if it wasn’t for me needing a birthday gift that night I would have walked away and went to another location! When I first walked in, the employees failed to greet us but no big deal because they were assisting customers. So I waited for them to get done while more customers came in behind me minutes later. As soon as one got done she acknowledged me and stated she needed to help the lady that was before me understandable BUT once the other employee was done with the customer she was handling she completely walked right past me as if I wasn’t there and assisted another customer that walked in minutes after me. I was vivid at that point still trying to Patiently wait my turn. Once the lady was done helping the lady before me she STILL had the nerve to ask other customers who was next! Luckily two individuals told her I was there before them. I waited in that store for about 30 minutes before being helped I made sure to keep track of time because I wanted to make sure I included in my review! DON’T GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF OPTIONS!"

"So rude in this location unprofessional never asked if we needed help and it wasn’t even busy, the workers that were working there were ignoring us one just keep looking at us her name was Ashley never asked if we need it any assistance. we asked summer for a size she didn’t let us see it we had to pay it just like that. nun of the workers Ashely , Kelsey and summer had manners !! I used to come here and they were other workers so nice never felt uncomfortable i don’t know its my race or what so ever but I never felt so uncomfortable and rushed out !! Please go to another location do NOT RECOMMEND HERE !!!"

"The staff at this location are unhelpful. When I asked if a specific charm could be ordered as part of the exchange, we were informed that they could only give a refund, and we have to order it online ourselves. No staff member offered to pull out charm trays for us to browse other charms. Serious customer service training needs to be completed. I would not recommend this location at all."

"Don’t go here. Customer service is awful. I walked in and got greeted and but was not asked if I needed help. There were 2 other workers who were helping customers, so I don’t blame them. However, there was a 3rd worker “organizing” or whatever she was doing. Looked at me and didn’t ask me if I needed help until I had to come up and ask her myself. Came to engrave something only to be told that the engraving machine was going to take 10 minutes to reboot."

"Went to buy a bracelet and charm on July 4th and wow I was amazed by the Super rude staff, didn’t come up and ask if we needed anything , when we asked if we could be helped to a African American lady at the counter she first responded by putting her hand by her ear when we were clearly loud enough , then once my boyfriend repeated himself she responds with an ugly face and said “I’m with a customer” which I understand but we thought she could ask someone to help but no she didn’t ask any of the other staff to help or anything. When we were finally helped (not by her of course) she too was a little dry and smart mouthed when we were clearly purchasing customers not wasting anyones time. Until she kinda realized we were purchasing she was a bit nicer but overall terrible staff. Please do better and train your employees with proper etiquette. Cute bracelet tho"
