Owner has serviced my many watches for 15 years, offers very reasonable pricing for battery changes, as well as done repairs and maintenance of my family vintage Swiss watches in the hard to find watchmaker techniques nowadays. "Owner had been in business in this mall for 30 yrs in the same spot. Owner was very kind, and price for replacing battery was the best out of all the stores in the mall. In addition to that, owner gave me 2 year warranty on battery and parts. In addition to that, he fixed the watch strap for no additional cost. I will definite be back to this store. 2 thumbs up!"
"I had scuffed the top of the crystal on my Skagen watch. When I took it in to get it repaired they replaced the crystal but scratched the face of the watch in more than five places. There are two spots where you can see they attempted to cover the scratches with some kind of black liquid or pen. When I asked for some kind of discount they acted like I had shattered my crystal and some how done it myself. Literally brought in scuffed crystal and they ruined the face of my watch and refused any kind of fault, discount, or refund. Would not recommend this repair place."
"Unprofessional! Harvey the owner will waste your time. I never in my life met someone that accepts business but can’t return a call or act like he is a complete differen’t person. If you’re not capable of doing something say so. It’s better then keeping a paying customer on the hook for weeks with false promises. I wouldn’t waste my money on this company. Stay far AWAY!!!
