"Took a very expensive gold and Diamond watch to have a battery replaced. The watch had recently stopped running. They said the watch needed repair and they could fix it if I left it with them….. I took it to a master jeweler who said a spring had been removed from the workings. These people either took the spring out to get more money or were going to “lose” the watch if it was left with them."

"I will never do business with this store ever again came in and purchased a pair of 14k gold diamond earrings and it was supposed to be ready when I came to pick it up of course it was not. So the very rude sales lady Triza made another phone call and then stated please give me ten minutes, so I said I don’t understand you just said it’s not ready but now it is what’s going on I find that a little disturbing , she then proceeded to say that they now have it at the other location well I said why didn’t they have it the first phone call when you stated the jeweler had not finished it. They were very willing to take my $427.00 but not so willing to refund my money. If you come to this location DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM i only gave them one star because it would not allow me to not give a star."

"March 2019, my husband purchased new wedding bands for our 11th wedding anniversary from Berdalli Jewelers inside of Music Mountain Mall. The purchase experience was wasn't great, because the salesman was pushy. However, the ring for myself was beautiful and most salesman are persistent, so I said, "ok." Three days later I noticed that one of the diamonds was coming out of the invisible setting. While wearing the ring at work, I looked down and THE DIAMOND HAD FALLEN OUT. I had only had the ring 1 WEEK. When I took the ring back to the store the same pushy salesman asked if I had dropped the ring. I never dropped the ring and felt that he was accusing me of mishandling a ring I had owned 7 days. I dropped the ring off for the jewler to replace the diamond and when I called a week later to pick my ring up, the store could not locate my ring. I had to send a picture of my ring to a salespersons person's personal cell phone because she said she had three rings but did not know which ring belonged to me. At this point I'm thinking "Are you kidding me." In a panic I rushed to the store to investigate. When I got there the jewler was working on my ring. However, when they were done the now rude and pushy salesman said, "make sure you don't drop your ring." At this point I was ANGRY because I have a warranty and I NEVER dropped the ring!!!! For such an expensive purchase, I am so dissapointed and will never go back to this place ever again!!!!! After this purchase I am left with a feeling of distrust and unhappiness. This store turned a happy experience into an UNPLESANT memory."
