"They don’t deserve not even a one star, I got my wedding band from them , I just got on the 27 of December 2023 two days ago and Just noticed that the stones from my wedding band is falling out , when it’s supposed to be real , that is totally unacceptable."

"I also had a horrible experience at the Arlington Mall location with the sales staff and Jay/JJ. I specifically asked before purchasing a diamond necklace for my wife if I could “return” it if she didn’t like it, because I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. Their response was simply “yes”. It wasn’t until after they charged my card that they told me, “no refunds, just exchanges” and pointed at a small sign on the wall. They definitely withheld that information before they had my money when I specifically asked. I tried to return the necklace the next day anyways because it wasn’t what my wife wanted, pointing out the fact that they lied and were deceitful. Of course they denied it. Jay said he would try and call me back in a couple of days, never heard from him. Called and left a message several times, nothing. In addition, because I read all the negative reviews on this place AFTER the fact, I took it to a couple other jewelers to verify it was what they said it was. They said it was 14k gold when in fact it was 10k. Straight up lie. This place will deceive you into purchasing and once they have your money they don’t want anything to do with you."

"I wish I could give a 0 stars . The Arlington Parks Mall location really screwed me over. I brought a solid gold chain for my husband and paid almost 5,000 the chain links get stuck and twisting together , they have 30 day exchange less than a week and they wouldn’t give me a resolution to the problem with the chain all they want is to make more money and they always change the price day by day and wanted me to pay more money for something that they sold me. And brought a gold medallion with a picture of our kids on it and the picture was not straight on and still wanted to charge me for that as well to fix DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL GET CHEATED they don’t care all they want is money"

"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ! Jewelry is very low quality . I bought 2 rings from them and 3 days later 2 of the “diamonds” fell out . I went back to get it exchanged … mind you this guy changes the pricing or items all the time … they hike the prices up on the tags just so they can try to really make you feel you’re getting a discount…. GO TO JARED or someone reputable . None of the items are even work the discount they give you . He will keep saying “ don’t worry for you I’ll give it to you at ( name price )” take 300 off of whatever he says for the actual value . If you compare this place to bigger jewelry places it’s around the same price and you will get the real deal at the actual jewelry places . I will never buy from them again . I’m waiting for them to fix my ring situation and that’s it . If you have someone you DONT like … send them to this place"
