"I bought a women's Fossil hybrid watch in January but was becoming increasing frustrated with it because it wasn't charging, and it seemed like it had some other quirks about it. Finally last week it pretty much died and I couldn't get it charged up so I went into this store totally frustrated and thinking they would have to mail it in to be fixed. Rose took the watch, knew exactly what to do, and then showed me that it had charged. She then took the time and explained several details about it regarding the menus, ect. Rose was so very kind and patient in explaining and told me to please come back in if it seemed like it wasn't working correctly and she would assist. I went into the store totally frustrated with the watch and left totally pleased with the results and it's all because of Rose and her kindness. I LOVE these Fossil watches and am very please with the service I received from Rose!"
