"horrible. tried to reserve two different times and both times we were cancelled on the day of the reservation. drove 12+ hours to galveston and now stuck without a place to stay. horrible service just told us they don’t have any more information and that’s all they can do."

"Nice pool and grounds. My only complaint is they make you wear a paper wristband when visiting pool or using amenities. It’s uncomfortable. You can get a new one each day as long as you turn in the old one. If you lose the wristband, there is a $25 charge to replace it. I never list mine, just thought it was ridiculous to change a replacement fee for a paper wristband."
