"I have had nothing but an exemplery experience with Wimberley Pools! My pool was built about three years ago and I must say, it is a beautiful design but most importantly, it was constructed property the first time. While my neighbors have built with other pool construction companies and most have had issues with the quality of their respective builds, my pool has never once had any issues. Mark is/was always professional, responsive and his pools are constructed with the upmost of quality in mind. I continue to be extremely pleased with my choice in going with Wimberley and if I were to move locally, I would built with Mark again."

"I would have to say over my long one month stretch of shopping around for a pool Contractor that this guy Clearly does not want to build his reputation in the central Texas area.I did not need him to preach to me on construction process and it’s not going to happen tomorrow.I know that he seem more adamant on trying to deter me then willing to come out or even asking what I wanted. I understand completely that he wants both people here to design a pool however my availability was two weeks out when I could coordinate that. And it’s not like I’m expecting a $25,000 pool I told him my budget was 50k to 100K.I know pool contractors can pick and choose who they pick up because they are swamped but you don’t have to be an Jerk about it. Will update my post when my project is completed. Wish it would have worked out I like supporting local but all I can say is WOW!!"

"I rather suspect that the owner has figured out a way to remove everything but 5 star ratings. Just think of it, so few ratings for all the years he's been in business. This might be about the correct figure if you take into account all the times he's changed his business name over the years. I found the owner to be the hardest person to get along with. He was foul mouthed and totally rude. Those who "work for him" are independent contractors and those contractors are a nice bunch of people. He will complete a job months after his verbal promise and "his word" means nothing. As for his BB rating, the BB around here only keeps complaints on file for a year, so that is almost meaningless. I admit you can save a few bucks with him and that's very tempting but you'll find out in the end it's not worth it. If I could, I'd give him minus 5 stars. Read your contract carefully, better yet, go to an attorney before you sign it. If you want the truth, go to YELP and read their reviews."

"Mark Ledford did a great job on our pool. We are blown away. He gave us the lowest quote on our pool and finished well inside contracted time. All the subcontractors were top-notch, excellent and very professional. We had no concerns at all about the skilled and hard working people that Mark employed on the job. The pool came out great."
