I have heard many horror stories about building a pool and I've seen nothing but professional and respectful customer service from Tib and his team. Scallon may not be the cheapest pool builder but I have nothing but good things to say from my experience and I think you get what you pay for."

"Very friendly staff, but the work left a lot to be desired. The limestone they recommended to go around the pool stains and chips very easily. It never should have been used. The patio they designed left open channels of dirt that I had to brace up with large stones. They did not design any attractive covering for the piping that is right on our patio wall. Also, the designer had me have an electrician come out and punch a hole in the drywall and have wiring brought to it for some type of interior control unit. It was never installed and when I questioned it was told we don't need one cause the pool is so close to the house and not only did I pay the extra$ for the electric work, I've got to have the hole patched. This was of no concern to them. I am adding another photo to prove it was this company since they suggested it was not Scallon Pools."
