"Do not use this company. We contracted with Dimension a little over a year ago for construction of a custom pool. Almost immediately they tried to cut corners and breached their contract by attempting to start construction of the deck without appropriate engineering per contract. We have been very patient and made every effort to allow Dimension to stand behind our contract and finish the work. We have had bad masonry, poor construction, bad plumbing, multiple leaks, equipment issues, bad tile work and unfinished work. They installed an expensive in floor cleaning system wrong and say now they can do nothing about it. Our home builder has told us that they have had problems with them on several jobs in the last year and will not work with them because they are unresponsive to their customers. We withheld final payment for lack of performance and now they say even though they didn't finish the work, per the contract, everything remaining is warranty work and our warranty is void. We are getting $700/month water bills due to leaks in our pool. They are a disaster."
