About the Business

Strawberry Park, located at 1104 Parkside Drive in Pasadena, Texas, is a beloved tourist attraction and park that was acquired by the City of Pasadena in 1958. Spanning approximately 50 acres, this park features a large water park with exciting water slides and a play structure. Visitors can also rent cabanas and large umbrellas for a relaxing day by the water.

One of the highlights of Strawberry Park is the iconic pavilion, which was built in 1966 and designed by Charles Holcomb of Fitch & Holcomb. This architecturally significant structure adds to the charm of the park and provides a unique backdrop for events and gatherings.

In addition to the water park and pavilion, Strawberry Park is also home to the City's War Memorial, honoring Pasadena's war veterans. This memorial serves as a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by those who have served their country.

Whether you're looking for a fun day out with the family or a peaceful spot for reflection, Strawberry Park offers something for everyone to enjoy.

"My daughter loves to play here. We have come many times to see the Pasadena Philharmonic. They have a nice pavilion. Lovely to sit on the hill and enjoy the modern music played by this fabulous group of musicians."

"We had our grandson's birthday party here on Dec. 17, it was chilly a little bit but it was expected. We didn't do it under the pavilion nor did we rent a room. Had a blast as he had his 7th birthday, Nerf War birthday party and we all knew Strawberry park would be the PERFECT place to celebrate. We were a lil far from restrooms not to bad, it was super nice that they were very clean and well kept."
