"I took my brand new Coach watch (tag and all still attached) in to this store to simply have a few links removed. Kumar, the salesman there, assured me he could do it. Instead, he broke it. And then instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, his response was that it was a cheap piece and "it happens"! Never again will I take anything there or go into that store again for ANY reason. I'd advise others not to as well."
