"I will never, ever use this place again!?!!! My fiancee took my ring in to have it sized. 1st week: stood us up. 2nd week sick. 3rd week had it but had sized it but not the right size and blamed that on us! 4th week had a sick family member and wouldn't even let me just have my ring back as is. At that point I just wanted my ring back!!! I finally got it the following Sunday ( 1 month later) and it still doesn't fit right. This man is disorganized, lies, and doesn't even do his own work. He sends it to another jeweler in Ft. Worth"
