"Worst place to go the service was bad and the girl helping was terrible and made comments that were not necessary and assumed that we could not afford the prices honestly I don't even know how someone with that mentality can have a job. Definitely never recommending this place to anyone we know EVER"

"I was so happy to finally go to a sale on a Saturday. Got there early, line wasn’t long. Christi and Hailey got there about 5 minutes before opening. Got in found a few things as did my 2 daughters. Checkout wasn’t bad but the attitude of Christi was not good. She rolled her eyes after every customer, when asked a question she had a sour tone to her voice. A man got there to get another payment machine going, but at that point the big rush was almost over as she stated to him. Didn’t even say thank you to any customers or to that man that set up the payment machine. I get you are short handed but be grateful you had paying customers. "I’ve been shopping here at least every two weeks for a couple of years. Last night, I was treated in the most hateful way I have experienced in any store in all of my life. First, I needed help to get a pair of shorts down hanging from the top of the wall and the young girl did not want to get them down. She said “I can tell you now, there will not be a size that you need.” Second is the worst. I had my young daughter with me and I was holding clothes and her bottle of water. The water spilt and the two girls just stood there. I apologized continuously and one girl walked in the back of the store. I stood there and waited 5 minutes for her to return and the other girl went back to the cash register. I said I would help clean it up. I walked back to a dressing room to put the clothes up, took out the clothes I wanted to buy and walked to the cash register. In the most hateful way possible that I have been treated they both were up there giving me paper towels and telling me, a grown woman to clean it up. I was shocked by the hatefulness. I was going to help clean it up but they said I spilled it, that it spilled by an expensive rack of clothes, I could be responsible. I cleaned it up, and then one girl said to the other one…”the floor is still wet”. She stopped in the middle of ringing at least 300 worth of clothes and said “you need to clean it up more”. I walked out of the store with my daughter crying."

"Upon entry, if this is your first visit, you might be overwhelmed with how packed the store is and the limited movement. After getting past this, the articles you find will be very pleasing. This establishment has a gift for everyone on your shopping list, from apparel to jewelry to headwear, skulls of animals, glasses, etc. Too much to name. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired but I don't expect much nowadays from the customer service industry so, therefore, I'm not disappointed. However, I think this store is definitely worth a visit and you'll be delighted with the treasure hunt."
