From the moment we signed our agreement and had our design confirmed the team at Township pools took care of everything. (They even helped us identify a service to relocate our electric line which needed to be done) We some challenges outside of anyones control building a pool in Q3 2021 as the supply of certain components was delayed due to the issues impacting the global supply chain. I had these issues happening to me in my professional life so I appreciated what it took for Natalia and their team to get parts in and complete the job in a timely manner. We were a little apprehensive after dealing with other companies on other projects, but y'all showed and did what you said you were going to do. It shows how much you care about your customers. Danielle did an amazing job with the design. It's as if she saw the vision we had in our head and put it on the screen. Mike and Natalia were able to answer any questions we had about the project or contractors. Once the project switched to completion phase Kevin took over and has done the same. "My wife and I were nothing but impressed with Township Pools. After getting bids from many different companies around The Woodlands we selected Township Pools for our new pool build. From the design work done by Danielle to the constant status updates from Natalia and the daily visits from Mike (at least once a day) we are 100% satisfied. There are not many companies where the owners take as much pride and personal ownership of their work product. Mike was onsite every day of the build and always just a phone call or a text away if there were any concerns during the project. All of the crews and Township employees who worked on the project were extremely kind and courteous to my curious kids throughout the build process. My only disappointment is that the project is done as we truly had a great time getting to work with Township Pools to build our backyard oasis."
