He has cleaned our pool the past couple of weeks, and has done the best job we’ve ever had! Our pool looks amazing after he leaves, and he also blew the decking off with a blower. She patiently guided us through selection of pool surface, coping and water line tile materials (while staying within our budget), resulting in a finished product that exceeded our expectations! Eric Young, our Project Manager, immediately impressed us with his genuine desire to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the project. He was an excellent communicator; listening to our desires and concerns and responding promptly to address our needs. Eric checked in almost daily, working with the subcontractors to ensure quality work was performed. Any issues were addressed quickly to our complete satisfaction. He took pride in delivering a quality pool remodel project and we are thrilled with the results. The patio/decking resurface surpassed our expectations! The subcontractor was superb! "We absolutely LOVE the design that Scott Barber created for our backyard! It was exactly what we wanted!!! From start to finish we had a completed pool in about 2 months! We had a couple different PM’s because of some company transitions during the process of the build but it all worked out in the end. Their PM’s Steven and Jimmy were very knowledgeable and nice guys. Louis the “pool school” guy (don’t know his title) went above and beyond helping us new pool owners understand how to take care of our pool. I would recommend this company but go in with an open mind and give grace, be ready for lots of dirt in your house (if you have pets or kids), get ready for noise, commotion, lots of moving parts. At the end of the day any and all hiccups during the process will be forgotten when you look out back and see your “Backyard Paradise”. I pinch myself all the time because they really made our dream come true."

"The team at Backyard Paradise Luxury Pools were a pleasure to work with! Our biggest compliment is that they were fair and professional during every step of the process: design, demolition, construction, and pool startup. We highly recommend this company based on our experience with their team and the quality of the completed job! We needed to replace the plaster in our pool (reference the pictures with the green look) so we used this as an opportunity to change the entire look of our pool by going with a blue pebbletec “pebblesheen” plaster and blue, silver, and gold pebbletec glass tile. In addition, they installed a veneer on our outdoor kitchen matching the stone we chose for our pool wall columns. Jan was our designer. She did a fabulous job of giving us the vision of what our remodel potential could be by providing 3D computer model views and showing us tile and plaster options in their showroom. Jan was patient with us and very helpful as we contemplated making additional modifications such as the addition of a new sitting bench and removal of the in-floor cleaning system. Ultimately we did both. Jimmy was the project manager. He did a great job of managing personnel from his company as well as the gunite/plaster and tile subcontractors. The subcontractors they used were top-notch! Each was highly skilled and meticulous providing a quality and professional job! The completed job is absolutely beautiful!!!! There is always uncertainty when embarking on a big job like this! Looking back, we couldn’t have had a better experience and a better end result! Thanks Jan, Jimmy, Colin, Louis, Tammy, Mitchell, and several others who each contributed along the way!"
