"Very smooth pick up. Arrived before receiving my pick up notice since i was in the area. I told associate if it wasn’t ready i would gladly be back as specified in online instructions. Associate by name of Luisa went above and beyond as to check my order and got it for me at that moment, very pleased with that. Anywhere else i have gotten an answer of wait till you get email to pick up. She packaged my item very well and presentable. Definitely this visit went as smooth as it could go."
"The lady that attended me was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely needs more customer service training. Especially if they're only going to have 2 employees working at a time. Atleast have them acknowledge the people walking in. They don't even take the time to let you know they'll be right with you or hello or anything. And why bother doing an online pick up here, if you still have to wait for everyone to decide if they are going to purchase an item or not. It is ridiculous having to wait for an order pick up, in that case don't order it at all.. it will take the same time to just stand there and wait to be assisted."

So is the mgr Nora is always a very nice and professional in attending me and recommending displaying different items for me, thanks for their opinion and recommendations on the Pandora Me collection. I purchased a pair of earings sold separately for my mini (pandora me) charms and the paper clip spacer for my (pandora me bracelet) collection. I will come back for more items."
