First, Randy met us at our house, listened to what we wanted, then guided us on our options and costs. Next we met at HPS showroom where we chose from a plethora of colors and products. During the remodel, Randy communicated the timeline, what each phase would be, and worked with our schedule. Once work began his crew was timely and efficient. "Started great, I think they over accept clients. Seem to be spread thin while under construction. It took longer than anticipated to end. Now with questions on maintenance or other needs are impossible. Steve seems unable to be contacted. Or doesn’t want to pick up. Was also reluctant to come and repair mistakes, as well as missing drains they forgot to cut in. Promises kinda kept. Wishing others a better experience. Also destroyed our fire table and never reimbursed us. Jay is Super great!!!"

"First time working with Steve from Houston Pools, he came recommended by a friend. He is extremely friendly and personable. Stands behind his work! Completed new coping and replastering our pool, excellent workmanship by his team. After things were complete they cleaned up their workspace and I didn't have to say anything. Few weeks later, Steve called to check on any issues, I didn't have to call him!! Discussed some minor concerns and he had a guy out the next day! He may not be the cheapest but he's not the most expensive either. After being burned on past jobs we have learned you get what you pay for!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and in fact, we already have!"
