"No communication after missing my appointment window. I had to call them. The Tech finally texted me saying they'd be out the next day. No ETA or anything. The next day, I had to contact him again to find out an eta. He finally responded to my text with, we'll be out today. He then called me to tell me They have one job in Missouri City ahead of mine and they'd be out. I called my Warranty company and switched to a more reliable company with better communication, Sapphire Pools. It had nothing to do with weather. It was sunny out."
"Our warranty company sent Aqua time to us for a pool heater issue.Kylie came out in 2 business days diagnosed the problem. We were not covered under warranty for our parts but the prices were extremely fair. Greg came out within 1 business day and fixed our issues. I highly recommend Aqua Time! They are very prompt, friendly, extremely professional and very fair prices . Jaimie kept us up too speed all along the way. Great job guys! We will use you in the future for sure!~"
"Nothing negative to say. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. Did their best to work with the warranty company but we were pretty sure it wasn't covered. Still gave a very competitive price and were able to do the repairs quickly. A pleasure working with them."
