"I give this place 0 stars. Very unprofessional over charges on simple repairs, doesn't clean jewelry like they claim they do and repairs are not ready when they say they will be. Customer service not good at all very rude, he did not honor the price they had originally gave me to repair my ring. My ring came back dirtier than before with scratches. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!"

"Put in my order on May 11th, paid $200 down payment. Went to go pick it up on July 6th and it looks like they did it the same day I picked it up. I cant wear it because it pokes me, $740 down the drain."
