"Our Pool Build: This was our first ever pool build and we hit it out of the park by choosing Philip, Ramon, and his team at Cypress Patio and Backyard Designs. From the concept of designing the pool until the end, these guys were extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and most of all just good people. Like any major build, we had a few issues come up but they were communicated early and expediently resolved. Our pool is now finished and our landscaping is now in. I say that because we were told we may need to upgrade our gas regulator to properly heat our hot tub. Ramon called and said Philip would like to cover the $350 dollars for the upgraded regulator because it should have been included in the price to begin with. It may not seem like much but considering this is AFTER, they had been paid their full amount and could have very well just left it on us to pay, which we were prepared to do, they still stepped up, reached out, and did what they felt was right. It’s so hard to find good businesses now days. Do yourself a favor though, if you’re thinking of designing an awesome pool or backyard upgrades, reach out to these guys. I would give them 10 stars if I could."
