"I went there yesterday with my 20 months old. 1st the huge heavy door was closed so I struggled to go in with the stroller. But that was not an issue that I'm upset with. There was 2 associates, one had a customer but the other one was free, standing there looking at us but still didn't even bother. 2nd No greetings and even after the previous customer left no one asked me if I need help. They didn't even look at me just ignored me. I felt so unconfortable, unwelcomed and even discriminated.I had never experienced this awful service before. Lucky for them my toddler was fussy so I didn't have time to go to another store with decent service and bought jewelry from there unfortunately. If I had time i would've definitely took my business somewhere else! Worst experience ever and they made me feel so upset and awful. I went to a coffee shop after and they were so nice and helpful i was about to cry after the horrible experience. I'm surprised how they even have 3 stars with all this negative reviews same as mine. I guess fake reviewers. This is the first and last visit!!! DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S..T!!!"

"Awful, I was exchanging a necklace that I got for my birthday. When I went into the store they couldn't even tell me what metal the necklace was made out of, they just kept saying it's rhodium plated. When I finally decided to exchange it and I found something that was exact same price as original item they didn't honor the price. I had to pay more for something that I didn't want in the first place. NEVER AGAIN."

"I purchased a Christmas gift (earrings) for my girlfriend from here on Christmas eve and as I wasn’t sure whether my girlfriend is going to like the specific earrings that I chose for her, I asked whether she can either return or switch to other earrings BEFORE swiping my credit card. All they mentioned to me is she could return it until January 15th. A couple of days later, my girlfriend and I went to the store again to return and switch to a different earrings, a different worker was there and she said ‘earrings are final-sale and it is noted in your receipt’. I get that it is in the receipt, however this is why I asked before making the purchase to see whether we can return the item. They did not tell me anything about earrings purchase is a final-sale. I will not visit this store again in the future."
