"EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Associates don’t tell you their policy before paying. It’s almost as if they’re trained to fool people unless someone were to directly ask. I went to pay and was told “oh I’ll make sure to get you gift receipts so it’s nice and organized” but conveniently failed to mention it’s essentially final sale. They have it written on a tiny plaque amongst other things about their store that you’d never see unless you were looking for it which no one would be because what stores unless it’s a boutique don’t return things?! On top of that the woman who helped me had a major attitude like I was inconveniencing her by being in her presence. A fancy storefront with overpriced jewelry. If they’re going to have this policy they should be required to tell people at checkout."
