"My wife and I can't here on a Sunday to reduce the size of a ring. They were closing earlier that day so they couldn't help us, but they gave us a price of $35 to reduce the size of the ring. We come back a couple days later and now they want to charge us $45 because apparently they gotta reduce the ring two sizes. They don't follow their posted schedule and they change prices."
