"A star is too much for this place my dog was messed up soooooo bad I am embarrassed to go to public places from head to paws!!!!! Her excuse was you have a very active dog. Really bad experience for the first time but it will be the last time! I asked for refund and her excuse was can't because I don't know how to refund with new app she could of offered cash that's how poorly of grooming and customer service this lady has! I don't know her name but she has young daughter charging customers...Please if you take your dog revised before paying. I had friend do favor if not I would of not paid! Terrible!!!!!!"
"We have brought my poodle to get groomed here for the past two years and have usually had good experiences. This time around, when we dropped my dog off, we noticed a different person. After picking her up (upon arriving home) we realized that she had cuts around her body (legs, stomach and genital area), neck, and face. The attached picture is the worst of it, and appears to be a razor burn."
