"Took my dog for a bathe and trim for 30$ because he sheds and just needs his nails trimmed and all they did was trim his nails and spray a perfume on him for 4 hrs they had him there. And when I got him back he was still shedding just as much usually when I take him to my other groomers he doesn’t shed as much after a wash but there was hair everywhere and dandruff too. Usually I trust corolas grooming for my dogs with long hair but this is unacceptable don’t think I’ll come back again."
"Why work somewhere where you would care less about hurting animals? My dog got cut on the paw and was bleeding alot and when i went back they put some powder so dirt wont go in and for the bleeding to stop But i saw the lady that was putting the stuff on him making faces like? Why how do you cut a paw? If anything does happen and my dog gets an infection i will take him to the vet and have them take care the bill this is nonsense its my first time taking my fog and they do this not only that but the haircut is sooo unveven but thats besides the point DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE"
"Took my new husky puppy to get groomed. Received exceptional service with the friendly receptionist that took my pup right in and most of all was very happy with the results! I feel they did an amazing job with my pup. They took their time to get her all nice n cleaned up and even painted her nails lol she looked so cute n fluffy with her pink bows on her ears too. I'm very happy with the great services received and feel that it was very affordably priced."
"I have been taking my two german shepherds to Carola’s since they opened. Excellent customer service, great grooming to my dogs and the price. My dogs have no issues going as they have with previous dog groomers. They have always quoted me 3 hours but they usually take a bit longer. Not a problem!!! I’d rather them take extra time than rushing to an awful groom.. The best so far hands down!!!"
