"My first time, after a recommendation from my neighbor. We just moved to Austin Terrace Historic District and we were looking for a new pet groomer (we lived on the Westside and had gone to the same groomer for 8 years). I was so impressed with the owner’s level of professionalism. She will need your pet’s vaccination record, as Animal Services requires it from all groomers. She was super professional and offers great customer service. I was very impressed. Pros: Unlike every other groomer, they accept cards! It was so professional, because these days so many groomers are ‘cash only’. Drop ins, no appointment necessary. They are closed Wednesday/Sunday. Regular hours are 9 am to 4 pm. I would say to arrive the earliest possible, to ensure you get in on the day you want your pet groomed. Cons: She doesn’t offer teeth brushing, anymore. Highly recommend!"
