"Stopped by with my kids to purchase some coins. Had visited store before and made other purchase from an older man who was excellent providing guidance to the next generation of collectors. Went in today and some younger man asked us to wait outside as their were too many people inside, himself and 2 other people non masked, but allows another person inside caring a box. This store is a filthy hole in the wall, to begin with but making a customer with kids wait outside. In previous visits the story had plenty of people with kids. Do urself a favor go the Hertals coins down the street or PGS Coins in Palatine. Both understand how to treat customers."

"I had a lot of gold jewelry I needed to sell because I haven't worn it for many years and needed the extra money. I went to 7 different cash for gold's to get prices checked out. This place was by far the lowest. I don't know how such a dishonest store is still in business."
