"I don't know what is going on with Kohl's but I'm not a fan. They were doing a store reset the day I went in so shelves were bare and aisles were crowded with carts of boxes. I haven't found much in stores that I like lately. I tried to find Champion sweats for my son and I don't think they carry Champion anymore... There also seems to be way less sales/coupons than before which gives me even less of a reason to shop here."
"Found exactly what I needed. As I said recently, they have a new design. A lot of stuff has moved around. Pick-up is now in the front of the store. Departments have moved locations. They also now have self-checkout."
"Usually attentive and kind. My daughter loved her cashier who was so sweet. Only downfall was that people were helped before her when she clearly was there first."
"I give this store a zero. Went in October use the self checkout BIG Mistake. You can’t use to form of payment that they don’t tell you. They tell you that you can’t use cash. The self check out are new and they don’t know how to use them. My order was voided they said but the money was never returned to my card. You can’t call the number on your kohl card because they can only track online purchases. Went back to the store and they have no records of any of this. This whole experience has made me think of not ever going back to any Kohl’s."
