"We first found Gohlke when looking to buy a hot tub last year and they were great from start to finish. When it came time to get our 20 year old pool replastered, we knew exactly who to contact. Our 20 year old white plaster was worn thin. Our tile had 20 years of deposit build up. Our mastic was non existent. And there were some rust spots from some rebar that was too shallow in the original gunite. Working was Eli was great as we planned out all the options for the project. Bill stayed on top of the project and kept us completely informed from start to finish. Travis did an amazing job replacing our mastic! Joe and Luke came every day after startup to make sure the water was balanced and the pool was clean. With the cleaned tile, PebbleSheen finish, and new mastic. Our pool has never looked better! Can't wait till the temps get warmer and we can jump in!!!"

"We built a pool in Collin County with Gohlke Pools in 2023. Every person we worked with from design to the finished product was helpful, informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Gohlke if you’re considering building a pool in the DFW area. Wes Gohlke designed our pool. Wes is very skilled and easy to work with. Every detail was discussed with us. He was so patient with us as first-time pool builders with no pool care experience. He looked out for us. There were times when he steered us toward a different or better option; he was more concerned with our happiness with the final product than making a bigger sale. The pool is exactly the classic beauty we wanted and it will still be beautiful 25 years from now because of the care Wes put into our design. Our project manager on site was Nicholas Pisciotta. He took Wes’ design and made it a reality. Day in and day out he skillfully managed crews and subcontractors and scheduled inspections. His deep knowledge of every part of the build process was obvious and impressive. He was sometimes the person standing back, watching to make sure things went as planned. Other times, he was hands on doing whatever needed to be done. His communication was excellent. He kept us informed through every stage and quickly answered our calls or texts if he wasn’t on site. He was so calm and reassuring and helped us enjoy the building process. We could not have asked for a better person to oversee the construction of our pool. Gohlke’s team — their own staff and the subcontractors they work with — are all the very best. Professionals who worked on our pool or in our yard were clearly well trained and carefully selected. Critical components of our build — engineering, design, excavation, gunite, plumbing, tile and brick work, installation of stone pavers, the construction of a steel shade structure, drainage, and the addition of a small outdoor kitchen island — were all impressive. Our city’s inspector commented to us that he had not seen such fine work in a very long time. Even though extreme heat in August slowed work on our build, Gohlke still completed our pool in the time frame promised (under 4 months from dig to fill). Because of our outstanding experience, we’ve already recommended Gohlke Pools many times to others considering building a pool in DFW. And we'll continue to work with Gohlke by having them maintain the chemicals in our new pool. We’re so proud of the beautiful pool Gohlke built for us."
