"I had the pleasure of working with a top class team. Starting from the initial design phase, BJ mapped out our backyard to spec and hit every point we wanted given the limited space we had. I had 4-5 companies trying to secure the bid and outdoor living was the most professional, prepared, and best when it came to competitive pricing. James was assigned as our Project Manager and was very responsive and helpful when dealing with standard project roadblocks a long the way. He was informative and always worked to resolve all concerns we had. He always took the time to explain a process that was new to us. Collie was also on site as the relationship manager with his goal of putting the customer first. We had a few things we ran into such as loss of two trees during the dig and some minor impacts during the build. He fixed everything we asked and always delivered on his word. He also always took our calls and was thorough in explaining the final steps in resolving remaining actions prior to sign off of last payment. Lastly, after final payment was administered the process was handed off to their warranty team for any questions/concerns. This is our first pool and we are still learning as we go. Tony has been instrumental in explaining plumbing and how things operate in different modes. He has taken all our calls, came out to site to explain the pool chiller in more detail, and has FaceTimed assisting beyond office hours when he didn’t have to. "Outdoor living did a great job for us! They said 8-10 weeks start to finish and they delivered. We were concerned about not having enough yard space to make an inground pool worth it, but BJ made sure to utilize EVERY inch available. We couldn’t be happier with the work quality and timing across the entire project. There was someone at the home nearly daily throughout the build process and the coordination was smooth and honestly impressive. The pool turned out almost exactly like the renderings they showed at the beginning of the project / I included those pictures along with the recently completed pool images. They extended our patio with stamped concrete and sealed it, and completed the yard with new sprinklers and sod. I felt comfortable with the workers who were here and the quality of the build - even our city inspector was impressed with the work every time he came out. "After doing our due diligence and sitting down with other pool builders we decided to go with OLP&P. They were the most competitively priced company and they were straight forward with our wants and the project. There were only a few tiny communication issues during the building process where we felt out of the loop, but we were able to get the info and reassurance within 24hrs. I can’t recall any major issues at all and definitely think of them as a solid pool builder and company and one that I would highly recommend."
