"So far my experience with Welter Home Services has been good. They’re responsive to my questions and request on a home project. Kevin, the owner, came out to look at the project and gave us his solution to fix what our previous contractor messed up. I like how requesting projects are done online. They’re upfront with the timeline of when the project will be completed and also the cost. For the in-home visit, we were charged $49 but that goes towards the total cost of our project so it works out. We can’t wait to have Kevin and his team back soon to get the project started and completed. Sept 28 Update: Kevin completed the door project last week and it is night and day to what the previous person did. The previous guy didn’t bother to do the framing correctly and so the door would stick when we tried to close it. As you can see from the first 2 photos, the other guy just shimmed the frame to make the door as “square” as he can. Kevin was very meticulous in his work to ensure the frame was squared properly and that the door would function correctly. He cleaned up some of the bad caulking job from the previous work on our bricks. He was very detailed and communicative on every step he did. If you look at the last three pictures, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure the completed work was satisfactory and that we would have a properly functioning service door. We will definitely hire Welter Home Services again."
