"Needs a few updates in the unit (furniture, appliances, AC unit and bedding). The location is nice and located right off the Blanco River which runs behind the property. The landlord is older and lives on the property so she request you stay quiet. No fire pit but she has a grille that is available."

"I have stayed here many times over many years. Great place to make base camp for fishing and tubing in the river. She has 2 rentals, one slightly larger than the other. Very relaxing."
