"I decided to get my taxes done here for the first time and I won’t be returning. Once Ann finished filing my taxes, I was not told how much money would be taken from my return to cover all of the fees until after it was submitted to the IRS and seeing the paperwork that was given to me at the end. When I questioned why the amount paid to the tax preparer was $415 at the front desk. Their reason was “this is what we charge” and “We have employees and a building that’s open year round to pay”. I have never had to pay that much to file a single file W2 tax return before. I would advise going elsewhere if you dont want Diverse Tax Services to charge over 35% of your total tax return to pay for their services."
