"I came in at my appointment time. But I was told to wait another hour or next day because the tax preparer who I was scheduled with just started with another client. No one could tell me why even I confirmed with them about the appointment before. Finally, there was another worker was willing to take our case which is very helpful. But in general, it is not a pleasant experience with the service."
