"Five star rating for our experience now that we are enrolled! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming - even a shy kid will feel confident here. Sensei knew our son on a first-name basis right away, and so did the instructors! I love the respect taught in each class, and the instructors make it fun! My son is really happy with karate here. I almost hesitate to post this, but I think it's worth sharing in case others are facing the same situation. Getting enrolled was very difficult: we signed up on the website for the free trial session, were charged twice (which Sensei remedied after I visited in-person and found him), then they were not responding to the multiple email/texts we were sending about scheduling the first class session. I ended up having to go in-person to talk to Sensei about the double charge, and then have a friend of mine send them a message through their "enrolled client app" to finally be able to communicate with them to schedule the first class. I can tell that Sensei is a hardworking person trying to run a business while teaching martial arts at the same time, and he is so great with the kids, so I give him a pass, but I suspect he is missing out on a decent amount of business because if my son hadn't been begging for karate classes for a month straight, I probably would have just given up and moved onto a different activity or karate studio."
