"Bad customer service. False advertisement. They say they give you 3 months or more for layaways of $100 or more. My layaway was of $560.00 down payment of $90 gave my first month’s payment of $130, when I went back to make my second payment they told me I had lost my layaway because supposedly I didn’t gave a payment and because I had to take it out last month. So I told them can I have my credit than and they also told me you don’t have credit, I was I have to have credit of $130 I know you don’t give back the down payment, but the payments after that you have to give it back and they didn’t. So the kept the merchandise and my money. Never making business with this pawnshop again."
