"First of all I'm not a fan of walking in and everyone looks at me but not one person says hello or anything, just awkward for me. Usually I have to initiate at this location and say "hello". Aside that, It's so hard to get someone to help when I'm interested in something. It's already happened to me at this location twice where I asked to try something out and it takes about 15 minutes just for them to find the cables and chords for whatwhatever I'm testing. This store has great items @ great prices but they have to work on the service... The associate that was helping me today literally was on his phone the whole time, very very unprofessional and it reflects management. Manger was right there. come on guys you know people are going to want to test this stuff, shouldn't it be ready? Why do I have to wait"

"The employees need to be on the same page when you call to get information. One will tell you they can’t one gives you all the info you ask for (without a ticket number) some take a payment over the phone some don’t. Its a big mess there. Do not recommend at all."
