"They have good stuff yet most employees are unwelcoming. Last 3 times I've entered the store there is no acknowledgement or Hello, today a woman wearing tight leather pants came in and the manager couldn't stop staring pretty obviously in front of other customers, c'mon guys. I literally have to wave someone down to get help on items. I stood waiting to try a guitar pedal that they couldn't find the plugs for. Then as I'm trying to get it on and plugged in, the employee was lost in his phone completely ignoring my struggle. The manager is right there watching so he could've intervened but didn't. I only return because the tools are great priced but man Im not a fan dealing with the service here."

"I had a pair of brand new Oakley Sunglasses that I wanted to sell, try not to laugh but the young man told me that they do not buy Sunglasses because of COVIT. I nearly died laughing I couldn't believe my ears. All he had to say was no we have enough in stock and don't need anymore right now. So I won't be going back there and I suggest to others the same"

"TERRIBLE Service. I was told a certain amount to retrieve my pawn paid and sign the paper work JUST for the employee to say he made a mistake and it’s going to be more $. When speaking to manager Joe he gave a sassy attitude and didn’t help in anyway not even acknowledge HIS employees mistake and didn’t give me the upper management/ complaint number when asked. Really hope upper management fixes this issue."

"I would highly recommend this pawn shop for your buys and your pawns. They give top dollar on your pawned items. The staff is friendly and joe the manager is very helpful and professional. Karen is like employee of the month every month always very polite and helpful as well. Highly recommend this pawn shop."

"I have gone before and had pretty good service and I went thinking today would be the same but nope.i got in line at 1:20PM I waited in line for 30-40 minutes, while all 3 employees were to busy helping one couple. while the line was out the door. When they decide to finally choose to acknowledge me after those 30-40 minutes of standing still, I was able to say what I wanted to buy, put my ID down but the same couple they were helping was told to just cut me because the manager said so. I had to wait again for the same couple they were helping while the manager was doing nothing but standing there cracking jokes with the couple and I had to wait for them to finish paying just to be able to finish my transaction. NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT. while waiting for those 30 minutes the manager choose to help a person browsing instead of all 8 people in line. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The girl with the Selena hoodie was very helpful and apologetic."
