"Never place an order for pickup here. Placed and order for pickup from out of town and specified someone else was picking up the order. When the person got there they were told that the name that was shown on the payment card and the ID being presented for pickup had to match. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A PICKUP PERSON IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RESPECT IT AND RELEASE THE ORDER TO THAT PERSON! Also, when i tried to go online to access my account it wouldnt let me and it said i would receive an email to reset password, wich i never got, and if there was a problem i would have to create an new account which i couldnt because my email was already being used.... OFCOURSE IT WAS! because i had created the account the night before when i placed the order wich you guys are not letting me access. Worst experience ever. The lady helping at this location was useless and rude. Customer service was useless. They kept sending me to contact this store and the store kept sending me to contact customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME SHOPPING HERE."

"Donna Kammerer the manager was very rude and unprofessional to my wife. We were there because the purse I had bought my wife was defective since day one and we needed information on what could be done to take care of the issue. Donna called my wife a lier a few times. At no point did she show sympathy for the inconvenience. Even after she was explained many times the issue or problem with the purse, she said we were lying and that our story did not make sense. At no point were we asking for our money back or a new product we simply needed to know if the issue could be taken care of since it's still under the 1 yr warranty."

"Had an issue called the store and no one helped me nor has tried to help me. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. If your gonna make a MK purchase go to the cielo vista, they definitely help you there with any issues. The outlet MK manager nor district manager have helped me I’m literally still waiting on a call from the DM. So upsetting and frustrating cause you don’t go in there to waste 20 dollars. Keep in mind my purchase was almost a month ago."

"Its Michael Kors! Who doesn't love the product! But the sales team a no go for me!! I wasn't dressed up just casual. I guess this made them assume I couldn't afford their merchandise so not one of the ( two ) associated offered to assist me. I left without a purchase because... I feel they were judging me and definitely didn't offer to assist me!"
