"As a long-time customer, I've generally had positive experiences at your pawnshop. However, my recent visit was disheartening. I intended to sell a pair of lightly used Jordan Sneakers for a studio light set priced at $60, which was sold out. When I decided to sell the shoes, Debbie suggested $60, stating my shoe size (8.5 Men) is challenging to sell. Despite attempts to negotiate, I agreed to the offered price. Debbie's demeanor changed after a light-hearted comment about a bet, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I understand the challenges employees face, but customer service should be a priority, especially for a community-reliant business. As a regular visitor, this experience left me feeling disrespected. I noticed the manager, Elva, present. I urge you to reconsider the importance of customer service. For future interactions, I'll keep my visits strictly business, drawing on my knowledge of the secondhand/resale market. I hope this feedback prompts necessary changes to ensure customers, like myself, feel valued. Thank you."
