"I needed a quick repair on my watch reattaching the wrist band. This was the only jewelry repair shop I found open on Sunday through Google search. The gentleman took my watch, spent a few minutes with it, had to get a different pin from his inventory, installed it and handed the watch back to me. Fair price. Thank you for the quick repair, sir."

"DON'T COME HERE !!!! I took my watch to get repaired the owner said it was fixed. I noticed it was the same he charged me for fixing my watch and silver chain and when I took back my watch he said he needs more work on it. I came today and got a status on my watch and he said it's broken. With out trying to fix anything or carrying about lossing a loyal customer. He says it's 150 dollars to fix. It's not a problem would pay for that but then he gets defensive and returns my money for trying to fix my watch. He didn't even care about trying to help me."
