"Great service, and friendly staff. I brought in a wooden watch with plastic parts that had stopped working. It's my wife's favorite..I asked them if they thought they could fix it? It's definitely way cheaper than their typical merchandise. They were sincere and didn't laugh me out of the store with my request. They said they would look at it and do what they could. They called me a week later and told me to come collect my watch. It was fixed. Awesome! Would gladly return."
