"i bought a “Gold” 10k chain from them, took it to get it fixed because it ripped in two. turns out its not even gold, it’s “gold plated” when they tried welding it together it even changed color. took it to different shops to get multiple opinions. the chain wouldn’t even leave a mark on the stone used to test it with acid. only the one they used at there store was able to “test” it. never been back there again. that was my experience"

"I went to the gym and foolishly wore my silver chain and it snapped off. I’m visiting from California so I didn’t know where to go so I googled the nearest store that sold chains and this one came up. I visited and they fixed my silver chain for FREE in about ten minutes. I was so happy, I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone. I was browsing and saw that they had a great selection and their customer service is above and beyond. When I come back I’ll swing by to visit them again."

The girls in the store helped me pick out a very beautiful necklace with pendant. They helped me pick chains and pendants that fell within my budget and we’re not pushy at all. The owners daughter was very sweet and even gave me a gift box to complete my gift to my girlfriend. Will be back for sure. They had great prices and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend."

"Mrs. Miriam since day one was just amazing. She was very open and attentive to what we wanted and how we wanted our wedding rings made. We took detailed pictures and they got it right on the money. When we went back to see our rings I wasn’t 100% happy on how the stones looked once I mentioned it to Mrs. Miriam she was right on it and together figured out something that would work. Second time I went it it was perfect right how I actually pictured it was happy with the adjustments that were done and how helpful she was through it all. Well we got married and after the first day my husband wore his wedding band we noticed he was having a reaction to it and thought maybe something went wrong with the material well turns out he was allergic to the white gold part of his wedding band she went ahead and made us a new wedding band for him but with yellow gold this time at no charge to us.
