"If there was a way to give zero stars I would. They have had my ring since February because my ring broke in half. They were supposed to just send it off to get a price to fix it (it is in there paperwork that they were just supposed to get a price). Instead they fixed it and refuse to give it back to me with out paying an exuberant amount. I was already quoted $1000 from a local jewler who was going to use nicer quality of gold and make the bands thicker, there price is well over that. They are literally holding my ring hostige."
