"If I need a battery replacement service for my watches this is where I will be bringing them. The owner was very nice and professional. My batteries in that died in 2 watches were replaced in less than 10 minutes and gave me a great price. I also didn’t have the cash on me only my card to pay. He kindly allowed me to leave with both watches to obtain the cash to pay him. My first time in his shop but won’t be the last. And as great as he is at his profession his dog Coco may be the real star of the show. Lol Great experience definitely would recommend Galaxy Jewelry Shop."

"Never never go to this place. The owner is beyond unprofessional. He had my ring for almost 3 weeks and when I called 2 1/2 weeks later he told me that my ring was in process. He’ll have it in a couple days. I waited over the weekend and called again. He told me that his jeweler had to have surgery and he doesn’t know when he’s gonna come back. I told him ,”what’s the status of my ring then if it was in process a few days ago?” He said,” it hasn’t been worked on yet!” when I told him that that’s not what he told me he began to lie and say that why would he say that. When I went to go pick up my ring with a smile on his face, he was telling me ,”don’t be mad, ma’am”! I explained to him lying to your customers is not a good thing he continue to laugh at me. I was walking out the door. Just be careful. It says a lot about a person who laughs at their customers."

"So found this shop a while back bought a silver chain from here everything was awesome I go back in about two weeks ago to look at some rings and decided on two I was told that one was diamond I asked about two times before purchasing are you sure there diamonds yes yes the owner tells me... So I trusted him as a jeweler low and behold I go to have it tested before I decide to spend money on having it resized and wouldn't you know it was fake not even real diamonds which to me is very dishonest and does not help the trust between client and jeweler now my money was refunded but that's not what I wanted I wanted honesty and transparency from the beginning that is very important in the jewelry business and I was not given that how are you a jeweler and you say there real and then get called on it and say oh I'm sorry I would never do that I guess I didn't check them bro who does that will never be getting my business again save your time and money and just go to jaf jewelers where you will most definitely not be ripped off so heated on this situation I don't like to leave bad reviews or talk down on anyone's business because that is not me as a person I find it very unethical but I also find being lied to about jewelry unethical as well it's not being dramatic doesn't matter if it was 125 or 12500 sir I have all kinds of jewelry some for everyday use my more expensive stuff I do not wear unless the occasion calls for it but the fact still remains you sold something fake and advertised it as being real diamonds which it was not so if your not honest about that why would me or anyone else spend 125 or more come on guy your a jeweler and had that ring sitting forever and you mean to tell me you don't check your jewelry"
