"Review is regarding Dr. Miri Logan only. She is a mobile chiropractor for animals. I was taking my dog to see her. After my appointment they told me she would be back the next month and I advised I needed a Wednesday appointment due to my work schedule. She agreed and we scheduled for a Wednesday at 1030am. I drove an hour to get there and notified her that I was outside waiting. I got a response that they put me on the schedule for Thursday. I apologized for my stupid mistake. I didn’t know how I could have set up an appointment for a work day. I went back in my texts from them finding the one that they sent confirming my Wednesday morning appointment. I informed them of their error and she responded that was their mistake. How can we verbally schedule Wednesday and then confirm by text and then I’m told when I show up it was a mistake? If there was an issue I should have been notified the month before not the day I show up for a scheduled appointment. She still refused to see my dog even though I was there waiting. If she doesn’t know how manage a schedule better than that she has issues. We all make mistakes but it’s how we handle them that makes a difference. You apologize, own your error, and do what you can to correct it. She did none of these things and actually tried to make me feel like it was my fault even after I showed them the text showing I was correct on the date and time. I will never return and I will not recommend her to anyone. Absolutely no professionalism. So disappointed."

"They were able to get me in asap to see my dog, Gracie for a broken and infected nail. She is a 75 lb lab mix who absolutely becomes a huge baby when it comes to the vet. They were so gentle and patient with her. It made a challenging situation a little easier. I was very pleased with her entire visit. Thank you!"
