"NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!! This lady is one of the rudest people I think I've ever met. Very unprofessional and obviously hates her job. She takes all dogs at the same time and when yours is done she'll let you know. Mean while who knows what your dog is going through. We took our Sheepadoodle there and asked for a puppy cut. What we got was a at birth cut. Yes my dog had some matts but nothing that deserved this. My dog has cuts on her and razor burn. The way my dog acted afterwards really makes you think that this lady is mean to them. I spent 110 dollars on this. She needs to be looked into actually."

"There is a elderly lady is no longer capable of handling pets. Terrible customer service. Incapable of doing any style cuts. The cleanliness of the facility is bad. Picked up the dogs and one was bleeding from a cut. Absolutely do not recommend and will not return. My dog who is lively and active seemed beaten and depressed after pickup."
