"What an awful business. I really wish we had another choice for our students cap and gowns rentals for graduation. I definitely wouldn't do business with this company if I had the choice. I placed the order for our daughters cap and gown in February. We were told they would be ready beginning of April. Waited until mid May before we were told they were ready. Got to the school during the 1 hour window they assigned for them to be distributed. Waited in the line while the representative took a phone call. Myself and the 3 people ahead of me left empty handed. Apparently they misplaced/never received an entire box of caps and gowns for everyone with the last name Ramirez to the end of the alphabet! The unprofessional gentleman told me that he would go to the warehouse to find the box that evening and he would take them back to the school and leave them in the office to be picked up the next day after lunch. So I call the school the next day and the office had no idea what I was talking about. Called the Herff Jones office and they said they never found the box and that they would have to have new ones delivered over the weekend but they would be in by Monday for pickup on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and I call the school again. Still no caps or gowns. Call Herff Jones again and they said they would be available the next day. Went to the school today and FINALLY got the cap and gown. Took the gown out of the bag to place on a hanger to hopefully get the wrinkles out before graduation in a week and a half, only to find a disgusting stain and a huge hole in the left arm!!!!! Frustrated is an understatement at this point. Why are we paying to rent nasty caps and gowns from them?!"

"Put in order for my senior package, they were extremely rude when I was filling out my order and then forgot that our cap/gown was coming through them not the school. When the school scheduled a second date, they didn’t show up and didn’t even call to tell them. Two months later, a month before graduation, they don’t even know when they’ll have my school’s orders in to ship! I’ll be asking for a refund immediately. Customer service is TERRIBLE and the products to choose from were ugly and limited versions. Don’t waste your money here"
