"I’m not sure why I went back other than being convenient (closer to where I live).because all the times I’ve been here they are very rude. They have never fixed my jewelry claiming it’s not worth fixing. I’ve taken 7 watches to get batteries replaced and it was fine. This time I decided to replace my own watch battery and then cldnt get back on. I did bend it trying to get it on but he did not need to give me the third decree and treat a 61 yr old woman like a 5 yr old. I definitely will not be going back!!!"

However they wouldn’t honor it (even with receipt) because they couldn’t find me in their computer system. Ray was very honest about my ring and what he could offer me for it & why. He gave me suggestions on what to do with the ring in the alternative so that I get the best deal for me out of the situation. He treated me much better than Occasions did yesterday. I dropped off a bracelet on a Monday and was told It would be ready by Wednesday, 3 weeks later I went to picked it up because: “it wasn’t ready, he forgot, he was out of town” excuse after excuse. Anyways, when I got there the lady showed it to me and it looked fine from far away I trusted them the bracelet was fixed. A few weeks later when I was going to wear my bracelet I realized it wasn’t fixed, totally my fault for not checking closely right then, lesson learned!!..Hope they enjoyed the $ I was charged. I just decided I didn’t want to deal with them anymore and took it to Occasions Fine Jewelry they fixed it for me really fast, with better customer service and for less amount of money!!"
